Ordering on line

Making a purchase is easy; just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket.  After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. To do our part in the ‘Reduce, Reuse, Recycle' campaign, you will see a question during checkout asking if you mind having your order sent in reused packaging.  Your order will still be secure and wonderful on the inside, but it may not look as pretty on the outside!  Click here for more information.

Your information is taken on a secure server to ensure that your details and credit card data are kept safe (see below).  Alternatively UK Cheques and Postal Orders may be sent to us, but we will ensure the cheque has cleared in our account before dispatching the goods.  

By placing an order with us you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions and with our Privacy Policy.  We recommend you read these first (although there is nothing out of the ordinary) and contact us if you have any queries or concerns before making your purchase.  Links to fuller legalese Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy can be found at the bottom of this page.

Credit Card Security

All credit and debit card transactions are carried out by Paypal who are a dedicated 3rd party payment processing service with 128bit SSL encryption for ultimate security.  Using PayPal means that we don't see or store your payment details.

Delivery Costs

All items delivered within the United Kingdom are shipped using Royal Mail Post and the cost will be calculated by order weight for you at the checkout.  Please choose either 1st or 2nd class delivery, depending on whether you want it quicker or cheaper.  With the 2nd class option, orders weighing over 1kg are sent using Royal Mail's Standard Parcel service.  We have tried to keep the pricing simple and as low as possible for both of our sakes.

You may be required to pay import duties and taxes in certain countries for which EcoASAP is not responsible.  We recommend that, before ordering, you obtain details of these charges from Customs & Excise in the country the goods are being dispatched to.

Delivery Times

We will dispatch orders ASAP, within 3 working days of purchase, after which delivery by First Class Post in the UK generally takes less than 2 days and Standard Parcels takes between 3-5 working days.

Out of Stock Items

While we strive to keep all our items well stocked, there may be occasions where we get caught short.  If this happens on your order, we will contact you by e-mail to inform you of the situation and offer the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait an extra few days.

In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive an incorrect item from us, or a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us in writing (preferably by e-mail) within seven days of receiving the goods.  We will refund or replace at no extra cost to you.  Once you receive an authorisation number, the product must then be returned to us within seven working days.  We strongly advise that you retain proof of posting as we cannot replace or refund without having first received the damaged/incorrect product. 

Please note: Any item may be returned from an order.  If returning an item(s) that is part of a "kit" a partial refund will be given for that item(s).  The refund given in such cases will not be the same as the full retail value of such item(s), as such kits are discounted in price.

INFORMATION:-Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found here

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods.  UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should first e-mail support@naturalskin-care.co.uk and then once a reply has been received the goods should be returned to EcoASAP, 26 Manor Grove, Leeds, LS7 3LS in their original packing and in their original condition.

EcoASAP will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at the address above and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system.  Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card via PayPal.  If you do not return the Goods to us, you are still liable to us for the cost.

EcoASAP knows that you care how information about you is used and shared and we appreciate your trust in us to do that carefully and sensibly. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and your information will not be sold, passed on to or shared with any other source unless required by law. EcoASAP abide by the 8 principles set out in Schedule 1 of the Data Protection Act 1998.

We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.  You may request details of information that we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998.   

We use Google Analytics and Conversion Tracking on this website, which require Cookies that are stored by your browser.  We may use the information we obtain from the cookie in the administration of this website, to improve the website's usability and for marketing purposes.  Most browsers allow you to refuse to accept cookies, but this may have a negative impact upon the usability of many websites, including this one.

If you do not want to receive e-mails from us in the future or if you think that information we hold about you is incorrect, please let us know by sending an e-mail or writing, and we will update your details immediately.
