Free natural skin care advice
- Start with a Face Wash (dry, combination or oily) to clean the skin in the morning. Or if you prefer use a Cleanser and Toner (dry, combination or oily), then you're ready for the next stage.
- Follow this with one of the daytime Moisturisers relevant to your skin type (dry, combination or oily) or the Rejuvenating Day Serum. If you have very dry skin, firstly place a fine layer of the Facial Oil on the skin. Let it soak in and then apply the Moisturiser/Serum over the top. Now you are set for the day.
- At night, prepare your skin as in the morning (step 1). Then apply a Facial Oil or the Hydrating Night Serum, massaging gently into your face and neck. For greatest results, alternate between our four facial oils (Rehydrating, Regenerating, Holistic and Luxury) to give your skin different benefits.
- Once a week, use an Exfoliating Lotion relevant to your skin type (dry, combination or oily) to help remove dead skin cells.
- Once a month, deep cleanse your pores with one of our Face Masks (dry, combination or oily). This is a painless exercise, as it only needs to be left on for 3-5 minutes. Remember not to apply make-up for at least 12 hours, so as not to reverse the benefits of the mask. Also, using a mask can bring out a few spots; so don't deep cleanse just before a special occasion.
By following this advice, you will soon notice your skin is firmer and balanced with a healthy glow. As younger cells are exposed you skin will feel softer and smoother. These benefits will make you look fantastic and feel amazing.
